Protonet CEO Ali Jelveh gave a truly inspiring speech at IdeaLab!14 in which he questioned commonly known rules that are said to lead to a successful life.
“Break just this one rule and I promise you happiness, the rule is: it´s OK to complain.”
Instead of blaming the circumstances for what is not working out the way you want it, you should deal with your problems, which means to “promise to do whatever is necessary to bring forth whatever is missing in your life”. That is what Ali considers to be his superpower.
He comes to a conclusion, by revealing to his audience his own promise to the world: To create something, to bring back the power, over their data on the internet, to the people. Therefore Protonet developed an easy to handle private server, mainly crowdfunded over the last two years through incredible stories such as raising 200k within 48 minutes in their first round.
